ABOUT

Valicor US™ is a Washington D.C. based technology company founded by John Kilmer, specializing in advanced Emotional Intelligence analytics. Through its proprietary platform, H.E.A.T.™ (Human Emotion Analysis Technology), the company delivers a scientifically validated system that decodes human emotion from video input using Artificial Intelligence and Behavioral Science, voted to establish itself as a global standard in Emotional Intelligence technology.

H.E.A.T.™ analyzes micro-expressions, body language, and vocal cues to create dynamic emotional profiles in real time. This is a non-invasive technology designed to provide high-resolution emotional insight for individuals, teams, and organizations - offering significantly more depth and accuracy than traditional facial recognition or polygraph tools.

Valicor US™ serves a wide range of high-impact sectors, including Defense and Security, enhancing threat detection and trust verification; in Healthcare and Mental Health, it supports emotional diagnostics and patient monitoring; in Human Resources and Executive Profiling, it improves hiring decisions, leadership assessment, and team dynamics. Legal and Financial Institutions use the platform to assess emotional integrity in high- stakes environments, while the Gaming and eSports industries apply it to optimize performance under pressure.

Valicor US™ strategic edge lies in its commitment to validated science, real-time analytics, and contextual emotional mapping. As emotion becomes increasingly central to human decision-making and machine-human interaction, ValiCor US™ positions itself at the forefront of Emotional Intelligence - empowering better performance, mental clarity, and operational outcomes across sectors.
